NABP reserves the rights to provide Kites to the interested registrants on a first-come-first-serve basis and till supplies last. Also, NABP strongly urges Adult supervision with the kids at all times. Registrants are required to promptly return the kites and the spool at the end of the event. NABP is not liable nor responsible for any mishaps, injuries, accidents occurring as a result of the Kite Flying event (Please participate at your own discretion and risk).
